Requirements: A successful candidate will have; Post secondary school for 1 or more years or work experience in the floral wedding industry. Valid Ontario Drivers licence ( G class ). The ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The ability to replicate floral designs from a photos, samples or verbal instructions. The ability to lift and carry equipment and supplies up to 25lbs. Excellent verbal communication skills. Organization skills and be detail-oriented. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Job Duties - Cleaning and process flowers - Cleaning and prep event and operational equipment. - Design centerpiece and personal flowers. - Alter arrangements. - Onsite event operations; Loading and Unloading equipment and products, Setup and tear down of events. - Work weekdays and evenings in studio and onsite 25 + hours a week.
